Contents : MAS wishes to annouce that it had on the 16th of February 2010 by receipt through service of process at its offices in the United States been served with a complaint filed in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York on behalf of Benchmark Export Services and six other plaintiffs against MAS and eleven other defendants.
The Claim

The case involves allegations of price fixing on airfreight shipping services and related surcharges.
Current Status
--------------------
At this juncture, no infringement has been established. The recently served complaint does not make any mention of the quantum of damages sought against MAS. MAS is currently taking legal advice in relation to the complaint.

went to midvalley with my wife & kids, looks like ppl not spending, mybe they spending it before CNY..but if this sign continue our inflation ll rise..tmrow i ll leave my family here, im going to KB with my boss tmrow morning..next week i ll go to Hadyai with my frenz and mybe after next week i ll be here again.. this coming 25th is a listing date for JCY Int,..and next week ll more exciting when it is a negative sign to push market lower..i ll catch my babe if they touch 0.90...
