PROPOSED ACQUISITION

- Acquisition of 3,300,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each representing 30% of


the equity interest in KUB-Fujitsu Telecommunications (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd

("KUB-Fujitsu") by KUB Telekomunikasi Sdn Bhd (the Proposed Acquisition).

The Board of Directors of KUBM wishes to announce that its wholly-owned

subsidiary, KUB Telekomunikasi Sdn. Bhd. (KUBTel or the Purchaser) has entered

into a Sale and Purchase Share Agreement (the Agreement) with Fujitsu Limited

and Marubeni Corporation (the Vendors), both companies incorporated in Japan,

for the acquisition of 3,300,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each representing

30% of the equity interest in KUB-Fujitsu Telecommunications (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd

("KUB-Fujitsu") for a total cash consideration of RM1,500,000.00 (Purchase

Consideration).

Sorry for being away for along time, and now im back to write more on my trading activity..recently i just dispose all my share at MAS with nice profit and KUB with a huge profit..now i ll concentrate on KUB as its a good stock to play before GE..

im holding 7000 unit of KUB right now ..
